The email has to be one long scrolling email but you will get pictures and details. I’d send only similar size and style located within 1 mile, similar to an appraiser. Look for a line called “seller concessions” (near the broker information,) and subtract those dollars from the sales price to calculate Sellers net. Same as an Appraiser, I’ve seen concessions up to $14,000!
